Looking for Sources

Hello, I honestly have no clue where to start looking for sources. I have heard things about Indiamart or Pakistan marts but every single one I’ve seen looks crazy sketchy. If anybody has any good and reliable sources please share it with me. I want to ascend to HTN atleast and I’m 16 so my bones are still able to grow

Mate if you can’t find your own sources and aren’t willing to take the risk for this endeavor don’t even bother because you don’t want it enough . You don’t deserve to be spoon fed a source, there’s already plenty that’s been posted you can look up on this forum
