ngl I’m trying to fix legit structural issues not just cope w filler





main problem:

• under-eye hollow / poor infraorbital support
• flat midface
• slight negative vector look

looking for:

• custom infraorbital + malar implants (CT-based)
• not stock cheek implants
• not fat grafting
• not filler

what I’ve seen so far

• Spain (Face Clinic) → seems legit
• Italy (Pagnoni etc) → custom but mixed reviews
• Turkey → 90% rhinoplasty mills unless you find a unicorn

what I actually need

• lid-cheek junction
• infraorbital rim support
• not just slapping volume on cheeks

I dont know anyone except Eppley that does saddled infras, was 16k in 2022, I believe its 20 or 22k now. So a bit out of your budget.

But this is an area you wanna get right the first time and avoid revision. He produces great results here imo. Just avoid the jaw stuff at all costs.

Ah. Yeah I'd be interested to hear if someone else is doing it. Kinda insane if he would be the only one when male plastic surgery interest is at an all time high.

I mean it makes sense for there to be a scarce collection of surgeons doing these. It's mostly all cosmetic with little function? I'm also wondering about getting implants with a surgeon that doesn't just demolish the nerves around the under-eye region.
