Not personaly looking for a rating but wtvr, i think the most noticable Flaw in my frontal is my femenine eye area, i have good support but need more hair on it, so it looks + dimorphic, am Open minded to know abt other stuff you may find agonizing to see on my face...

your main issue is narrow face but in terms of the eyes it looks like you have an epicanthal fold, like asians. surgery removes it

use 10% minoxidil for your eyebrows and lashes
