Recently I’ve been told that my face is pretty far from lean and I’ve noticed it myself, the thing is I workout pretty often and my body fat percentage is around 13 to 15% and BMI at 17,9 (calculated thru TDEE), maybe I should just hit gym for much more prolonged time since I’ve only been going for 2 months. But yeah I’d love to know any great or somewhat good methods!
Also how the hell do you train my eyelids, been told to do so.
