Ascended a couple points myself and even now I have some pseudo PTSD episodes and shit like subconsciously thinking any laughter is about me. But its a fucking cope the size of a planet, my life is 10000 times better and even tho the blackpill is a bitter truth that left me with permanent hatred, i am definitely happier than before. So yes, ANY ascension in looks is more than worth it no matter how bad your past was.
