Have you tried it? The risk profile is really much lower than you think. I have done over 100+ injection points into my face/submental and never had any serious adverse effects. If you put in the effort to learn and do it properly you may even get a better result than low-end clinics.

Im gonna do aqualyx soon and ive done a lot of research but im still not sure. What tips do you have to not damage any nerves or arteries?

My best advice is to not stress. Inject superficially at a depth of 5-8mm and you should not go deep enough to reach arteries. If you properly divide the total dose e.g. 4mL by multiple injection points, even if you do hit a nerve the worst outcome is minor neuropraxia. I have hit a submental nerve before, it was just localized numbness (1-2cm spot) for a few weeks that went away.

Yeah i feel like many over exagerat the actual risks of hitting a nerve/artery. Also, about how many ml should you inject on each cheek (I saw 1-2ml) on like 10-20 different points according to this image. How many ml is it per point and in total?

The maximum you should inject in one session is 4mL (2mL per cheek). But if you can get multiple vials I would really recommend injecting less on your first time to get used to the process and feeling tho. I typically do 1cm = 0.1mL to get the optimal result. e.g. if I am doing 20 points per cheek I will inject 2mL total per cheek spaced 1cm apart.

Injecting tomorrow, however i got 12.7mm needles, is it fine?

Should it be injected at a 45 degree angle or 90 degrees with a 6mm needle? Cuz i saw someone say 45 degrees but i think that might be too shallow and not deep enough.

45, the area range is 5-10mm I think.

you could, but it would probably be a bit more difficult to control the depth and not inject too deep

Uk you can get a pro to do it for like £200-250 I think 250 a month isn’t that bad for better results
you can also buy a box of 10 vials for £150 easily online and do one session for £15 + equipment. some pros dont even bother to draw the injection points at clinics

How old are you. If you’re close to turning 18 like me, just see a pro to do it. Only a tiny bit more expensive and much more efficient and safer with better results.

90 degrees is much safer at 6mm, injecting slightly too deep is always better than injecting superficially. hitting the dermis is the worst possible outcome

im in uni i dont have the money for that, its much more expensive. plus the results arent necessarily better, if you do it properly your results will be the same if not better.

Yeah it depends on whether you have the money or not.

the thing is many low-end clinics wont do that many injection points to split the dose because that would take hours, and they might not even draw the injection points to save time. there are vids of low iq foid injectors who will literally hit nerves that i've never even personally hit from four DIY sessions. but yea doing it yourself definitely takes way more effort
