First post on this forum, honestly feel kinda embarrased even having to go here but I think thats the only way to really improve my looks. While I am not so big on hardmaxxes like bonesmashing or pinning because I feel like any ascentions that came from it were just people going through puberty ( then grifting their looks to sell useless products ) I still believe that there are ways that can help me improve my looks - if you have any please lmk.

I've heard that bonesmashing simply causes temporary inflamation rather than actual bone growth - any take on that?
