Really need a plan, I took the first step and got some Clenbuterol (no joke unless I can avoid health issues while on this pill there's no point telling me its drawbacks)

Need the full thing, diet, workout, and the cycle plan.

Willing to post progress.

any meal plans? i got pretty deep pockets, willing to revamp entire kitchen.

how many calories should i be looking to eat kind of questions.
It's hard to say for certain tbh. I would try eating a certain amount (maybe 2000-2200) for a couple of weeks and see if you lose weight, and then when you stop losing weight then change it up and eat less.

Exercise regularly too obviously.

Does this incorporate clen in the concept?
 
It can do, the concept of losing fat is the same, just with the aid of clen
I was looking for something between 1000 and 1500 calories tbh, if i don't have a meal plan ill just flat out skip breakfast and dinner,
so lunch at maximum won't go over 1500 calories?

Be careful man, don't cut the calories too hard, u do that Ur metabolism slows down. Prob if u r training u want MAXIMUM 400 cal deficit.

Also know idea how clen interacts with reduced calries diet

would clen work with keto?
clem+keto or low carb with high amounts of fats will make you lose fat fast as fuck,but just taking clem will make you lose a good amount of fat, you can try to divide the macros into 40/30/30 as well

i understood what you said, but execution wise im clueless, really need a meal plan or something similar, to work around or a base at least.
