looking uncanny with lenses (eyesight)

i have plus 7 hypermetropia with -2.25 cyl however i couldnt find lenses with cyl.only spherical lenses were found which were adjusted for plus 8 one eye and plus 9 2nd eye to deal with no cylinder (one eye is a little lazy so plus 9)

but the problem is i looked uncanny when i wore it i asked my friends they said i looked weird with lenses and i myself find my face weird with lenses but without lenses i find myself ok is it because i have no cylinder or because i am hyperanalysing
