Looking up posture

I have my computers set up high, which means that I have to look up at about 45 degrees or something like that. Will this be bad for me because of bad posture or not?

You want the center of your head to be in alignment with your torso and hips, it's not that complicated.

also you dont have to "look up" by craning your neck your eyes can move too lol
