Looking worse compared to last year

I feel like my looks got completely nuked

I could take frauded selfies where I looked like an htn/low chadlite and I generally felt confident in my looks even though there were periods during which I felt like shit.

I'm 22 and haven't change much since last year, I still hit the gym, pretty much same weight, only difference is I stopped running but I doubt it makes such a big impact because my bf is the same. I even looked ok around 2-3 months ago. Yesterday I looked at the mirror at the gym and it was fucking brutal my profile looked horrible

Idk if it's my mind playing tricks or body dysmorphia but it's really annoying
