Is this legit and would this card be considered overpowered in Yu-gi-oh universe? I mean look at the stats

I personally think this card is fake, it says spellcaster effect but the card border frame should be more orange and not yellowish/brown

I don't know about that but it does give me an idea for a first date game. And it wouldn't be the first time for such creative thoughtfulness on my behalf. Once, I was on a date eating grub at a local eatery and we decide to go back to my place. With no sex intentions, of course. A friendly mutual engagement—no strings attached. So she's sitting on the sofa and I'm in the kitchen making us drinks. The kitchen was walled off from the living room so I couldn't see her at that time. Well, I make a suggestion out loud, you know, trying to break some more ice. "Hey, you wanna play mutual platonic friendly strip poker?" But she didn't reply. Ugh, I felt. Awkward. Perhaps, I should've kept my mouth shut. Oh, well.
