My first inclination would tell me that blackards aren't as inclined to apply for jobs in the first place. And my second says that the ones who do apply make all sorts of spelling/grammar mistakes on dey resumes. And my third would tell me that if they make it to the interviews they be makin all sorts of other mistakes like not looking the interviewer in the eye and asking too much about where the safe is kept ect.
