his upper lip still looks pretty good and he doesnt have the ugly chimp lip look

tbh this could be the path to ascension for those of us who need bimax but dont want the shitty side effects such as nose upturning and widening, flatter cheekbones, and chimp lip
--> do next to no lefort 1 movement and compensate with CCW

Brutal... My skull is undeveloped due to an accident when I was younger which hindered my future bone growth development, where the bone mass went to somewhere else instead to the facial bones, My dad has top tier forward growth and it's brutal when he mogs me.
I need forehead implants and Lefort 2-3 or distraction osteogenesis

Ok i see so you were class 2, if you got 0.5 maxilla and 7/8 mandibule it mean u started class 2.

Cause u can't have 0.5 lf1 and 8bsso and be class 1 unless u got 20 degree CCW, and if it was the case it's means ur jaw was downward as fuck

I agree. I posted this to show that it is possible to get a bimax with little to no lefort 1 advancement and still get a great result

Yes either he started CL 2, but he said his bite was fine, either he got maxilla advanced (in the original thread he talk about nostril getting bigger that's why i assume he got 5mm lf1)

forehead implant won't move the eyes forward though I think only monobloc can do that. If you don't move the eyes forward then you'll end up with a recessed and shallow eye area

And you're saying it was a Class 2 compensated. From what I read you didn't use a device to decompensate it, so the difference of projection was normal, class I bite.
