EAfoids are fetishized because they seem cute, "innocent," and childish and many men are into that--even if EAfoids are as promiscuous as other women.

And the status point, maybe this helps your point but I don't think, like we can think about academics. Not even super high status academics still "get away" with being ugly because that's not an expectation of them and they don't tend to sexualize themselves.
