I agree. Growing up as a very unattractive boy has fucked up my mind a lot.
I am quite attractive now, thanks to a combination of late facial development (around age 18) and accutane, but I still have a very negative mindset towards people and relationships, and have deeply seated insecurities.
The smallest pimple brings my mind back to those dark years. I am paranoid about everyone I meet, always expecting the worst from them.
I am disgusted when girls show interest in me because I remember how badly they treated me when I was 15-16.
