I looksmaxxed my jaw and improved my body and neck also, so I would never tell people it's just a matter of personality.

The thing is I started with below average genetics with a FFMI of 14, while most start with a FFMI of 18-19. Currently, after years of training, I'm at a FFMI of around 19, so I don't look amazing but decent. But it took me years of training, 6 years but if I was 100% consistent, I'd say maybe 2 years with no breaks (which isn't feasible anyways since I get sick like once per year for an entire month).

I went from 138 lbs 30 inch waist to 185 lbs 33 inch waist at 6'4". My ultimate goal is 230 lbs at a 33 inch waist but it's possible I'll already be 30 when that happens. But already, when I take my shirt off, people can tell that I lift.

Yeah, I did a pretty great transformation in just like 2 months of training.

The only good aspect of Hamza's teachings is the importance he puts on getting muscular, but he did not come up with that, and his training advice is some of the worst I have ever seen. Also, nofap is a meme and you fell for it.






Ironically, too much sex can actually negatively affect performance in the gym, but too much masturbation won't. However, some boxers used to not jerk off to build up aggression but that is not a well researched topic and it kind of worked as placebo for some guys but it's not a proven method.

My arms are currently at around 13.5 inches, but when I got back into lifting on July 30th, they were at 12.3 inches. I'm trying to get them to 18 inches but even at 16 inches I'll be very happy

I won't plateau since I can just add volume to the areas that plateau, that has always worked for me.

Maybe at the advanced level, in like 3 years, I may need to use more variations but other than that, it's a good program.

It's not a different angle but muscle memory actually, the transformation originally took me around 2-3 months, but still it is pretty fast.

You have not left the newbie gains phase; this is where progress comes quickly and far more easily. You cannot be in this phase forever.
Once you have made these initial adaptations, you will have to change your programme and adding more volume is not the way.

If you train hard, have strong recovery habits, and have great nutrition, newbie gains will not last long as you will have made them faster. You get maybe about a year of newbie gains (a year from starting proper training, recovery and nutrition) if not less, e.g. 6 months if you're very dialled in and have some previous experience (again, there isn't exactly a cut-off point for when they end — it's more a gradual decline in the ROP).

After that, this sort of program will not allow you to progress as there is an insufficient amount of intensity (you can simply calculate this by looking at the decrease in output set to set and considering resting times), and it will be too much volume for you once you increase the intensity and become bigger. There are many reasons for this, when you are bigger, your muscles no longer take up a small proportion of your total size, (especially relative to your CNS), they will be larger in proportion to your CNS, and you will get fatigued much quicker which will require you to do one of two things: decreasing intensity or decreasing volume (the solution is to increase intensity and decrease volume). As you get larger, there is also going to be more neural demand from high-intensity large muscle recruitment, and you will get to a point where doing more volume will incur more muscle damage (remember, your muscles are bigger now, and therefore more damage is done for the same amount of volume) than stimulus for growth and therefore hurt gains.

Looks don't matter. All looks can give you is a girl friend, but you can only have one girl friend at a time, and people without looks get GFs all the time. Looks = borderline useless
