Looks =/= good genes

Obviously being deformed into disability is bad genes but I keep seeing very pretty people having health problems. This girl Nikki Woods (look her up) has multiple health problems despite being 8.5/10 minimum. (For me personally stacy)
I know multiple girls who are stacy tier but they all have health problems. The most goodlooking guy I know looks robust and is probably top 1% of looks and psl wise but his body is very fragile and he keeps injuring himself or needing to go to doctor.
Im meanwhile ugly as fuck but I have very robust body and can outperform most in mental and physical capabilities.

I keep seeing this more and more lately.
It makes me think that being goodlooking is simply compensating. The lack of evolutionary selection is being made up by sexual selection.

Any thoughts?

Cope. The same hormones that made ur shoulders grow also increase your cognitive function, assertiveness, calmness and mental toughness. Visual assesment of bodies and faces is a survival mechanism. Imagine what would happen if it would not be that way and 4'5 manlet going against 7 feet wide framed giant. Its not rocket science. To be a sexual selection first, there must be an evoloutionary advantage.

I agree. Wide shouldered men tend to be more masculine and the eyes reveal fighting succes etc. Yes I agree on that. However there are still exceptions. A good example is Dutch men. They look high T and moggers but they're the biggest cucks on this planet. Most big jawed people I know are ironically cucks.
It may be different in other places but in the Netherlands evolution has seemed to go in the opposite dorection.
It seems as if the aesthetic purpose of those mogger features has overruled the genetic (and functional) drive behind them.

I think a good craniofacial structure usually points to the person being healthier but with exceptions of course. I bet people with poor craniofacial structures have many more health issues on average over their lifetimes. With males a bad structure definitely increases you chances of being a major norwooder.
