Why else would someone hire a professional killer to assassinate the CEO of United Healthcare who provides health plans for federal employees, low-income citizens, and retirees?

I speculate Mr. CEO didn't wish to change his direction with the company so they made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

How much do you want to bet they'll pin this on a road rage incident or something common we're all familiar with?

Could be them or the Chinese, right? Drug cartel? It can't be the Russians, impossible. But my gut says it's just a typical greedy rich people tantrum. He told someone with more money and privilege, "Nnnnno!"

Delay, Deny, Defend was etched into the bullets.

Ah, yes, a billionaire hires an assassin (might be from South America, might be from Canada), to remove the other greedy dick. The professional killer understands he'll get one opportunity. Oh my, he did his research. What are the odds there? It seems the rich feller is paranoid due to death threats from families who lost loved ones because of his company's greedy, manipulating ways. So the killer understands the one opportunity will be under CCTV surveillance. He creates the plan, which includes the planted motive. Instead of making it appear as a robbery, which requires another minute (checking the victim's pockets), he'll make it look like an angry client or one of their loved ones took revenge.

Meanwhile, as the cops ascertain the crime scene and find the messages he wants them to see, the killer crosses over the Canadian border.

Those sound like words used internally to potentially describe their attitude towards claims. This makes me think the assassin is involved with an employee inside the company who would know that but also not so high up in the company that they benefit from it. Having those etched into the casings was to send a message that such attitudes towards potentially life saving insurance claims has consequences.

Give it a week, maybe two more days, the story will be revealed. "It was an angry client who was dying from cancer that killed the rich health insurance feller," the detective announces to the press. He continues, "However, when we found him, he had died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the back of the head while he was hogtied. Ugh, very creative suicide. Not gonna lie. I've seen much stranger cases."

Meanwhile, the killer sits back on a lounge chair at a resort and listens to the detective closing the case. He sips his beer. He closes his laptop. He closes his eyes and drifts off into Nappyville.

An insider had to be involved to relay the place and time the target would be at. My gut suggests a professional hit. But the killer used an unfamiliar gun and silencer. Probably got the gun from the person he's setting up who's probably dead by now with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He might have gone the extra yard and wrote Delay, Deny, Defend on the wall near the dead patsy.

Does it matter who killed the feller? Does it matter if its personal, an ex-wife vendetta, another insurance company addressing Unitedhealthcare monopoly, does it matter if it was an angry homeless feller with a $500 backpack? Nah, forget about it.
