So i’ve been mewing for 4 ish years wrong apparently, you’re supposed to lightly touch your front teeth?? I haven’t done that, but now i’ve been hard mewing again and touching my front teeth, but it looks like i have fucking underbite.

Am I doing it wrong? Or is my lower maxilla just super fucking recessed?

I’ve been mewing since 11, I’m positive it’s done something, mewing also prevents you from becoming further recessed. Also is natures natural retainer, I’ve had my braces off for 3 years and my teeth are still straight.
