Should i start with a 100 or lower? Seems like low dose is high roi as shit since you already saturate mineral corticoid and glucocorticoid receptor.

I have already order also N-Acetil Epitalon for sleep and 9-me-bc for the dopaminergic signaling. What do you think about lower the dose of telmi and add propanolol?

Idk about all this glucocorticoid babble. People enjoy theory making too much imo.
But unironically start at like 50. Thats where i start to notice insomnia

Youll probably find yourself tolerating up to 100. After that things start to get raunchy from what i can see

I know so little about these compounds tbh bro.
I like ghb and mirtazapine for sleep and ritalin + caffeine for dopamine

Propanolol will mess with energy and motivation. Just do nebivilol if youre concerned with rhr.

Also, if your bp and rhr are fine theres no need for more bp meds
