5'6 is a bit iffy because that's objectively short. But at 5'8+ it's almost all about ur face. But height copers will try to deny it

I'm standing at about 5'7, and fraud to 5'8.5 with shoe insoles and all, and chicks and dudes at my school still call me short, jfll brutal, worse part is i live in a south asian country

and even chicks here only want a dude whos like 5'11+
