most of the managers are legit engineers lol. Aka currycels in their 40s. If ur ever in tech u will see it. Looks barely matter if it all in tech. Cause guess who runs tech. Literally asian and indian mfs. Step into any silicon valley tech company lol. Even for actual finance roles. Looks matter sorta (if ur a girl fs, even a guy halo effect what not) but its legit more about how NT u are and just overall how well you can network with people and hold conversations. All of this won't come if u don't know ur shit tho. Even with the finance technical the first round is always a phone interview they dont see ur face and its mainly technical. But people who can navigate social convos and who are incredibly aware and preceptive always succeed man. Even if ur some semi-autistic cunt, you can def still train yourself to be able to network well and speak. I mean elon musk is def autistic lol and he is successful.hard working currycel > white chad
