I stretch my back every day and exercise it, I do pull-ups, push-ups, etc.

My back looks better than it did a few months ago.

I also grew 2 cm

I’m pretty sure this is only for marfans syndrome and not scoliosis

marfans is where your connective tissue for bones and muscles aren’t anchored a lot

one time the doctor said I would’ve broken my wrist but the bone just fractured and got squashed against the floor bc how soft my bones were
