Go out on the sun, do cardio, eat healthy don't fap and keep your hair ( dut if needs be ).
Anyone that does all those things for atleast 6 months is maxed out in terms of maximizing their baseline genetics.
The only things that can help after that are fixing major failos with surgery like ears, hair transplant etc
