Actually the fact our bones can still remodel is blessing from God, and I hate to break to you, with proper protein diets, deep sleep and exercise, you can grow pretty decent height, ( if anything short nations like korea is proof).

Mom is 5'10 and my dad is 6'3 and due to my Heinous stupid act of fapping 3 times a day through out my puberty and being unhealthy as fuck generally installed my height growth to just over 187cm barefoot.
