I hate not growing up bilingual, ideally you want to grow up english-spanish or english-russian (obviously no gook or curry parents)

Oh I didnt know Urdu and Hindi were similar. I grew up in the west so idk ab some of this stuff.

But there are multiple dialects and some are related and some arent. Depends on the area it is spoken.

I speak Portuguese, I am learning English, and I can understand Spanish.
Portuguese is very similar to Spanish, a Portuguese can communicate with a Spanish without ever having studied the language.

I don't think so, French sounds very difficult for me. Spanish maybe.
Italian also looks a lot like Spanish

I already learned French in middle school so i would rather take that up again than learn sth completely new

However its basically only spoken in the future by africans

I speak English and Dutch, since I’m Dutch. I’ve been learning Norwegian for well over a year now though, since I plan on studying & moving there in the future.
