Looksmax Minecraft server ?

There has been an endless amount of threads on starting a Minecraft server , but nobody started one.
So begs the question , why dont we ?
Most servers are extremely cuckish today , and ours could become an anarchy server maybe with ought hacking. But pretty much no rules.
There could be wars , fights and there is a plugin that allow you to put any image you want on a block surface.
And I'm not good with tech so Im not starting it.
