Here are the results from our 2025 survey! Thanks to everyone who participated.
Unlike previous years, responses were split by post count. The results shown here are from users with <1K posts (1,593 responses, 80%+ of total). Users with >1K posts submitted 319 responses and are not included below.

- How old are you?
- A clear majority are very young: about 62% are under 18, and another 28% are 18–20. Altogether, roughly 90% of respondents are under 21, making this an overwhelmingly teenage/very young adult community.
- Are you male or female?
- The user base is almost entirely male. About 99.5% identify as male, with females making up well under 1%.
- What is your height?
- Most respondents fall into average-to-tall male height ranges. Around 42% are 170–179 cm (5'7"–5'10"), and 39% are 180–189 cm (5'11"–6'2"). Roughly 9% are 190 cm+, while shorter height categories make up a small minority.
- What region of the world are you from?
- The largest group comes from North America (about 29%). Europe collectively makes up a substantial share, especially Western Europe (~15%), Northern Europe (~14%), and Eastern Europe (~12%). Smaller portions come from Asia, South America, and other regions.
- Which of the following best describes your ethnicity?
- About 67% identify as White or Caucasian. The next largest groups are Middle Eastern or North African (~10%), Hispanic or Latino (~9%), Mixed or Multiracial (~9%), and South Asian (~7.5%). Other groups appear in smaller numbers.
- What is your highest level of education?
- Education levels skew low, reflecting the young age of users. 44% have a high school diploma or equivalent, 35% have completed secondary education, and 16% have some college. Bachelor’s degrees and higher are rare.
- Do you work or study?
- Most respondents are students. About 60% study, 19% both work and study, and 8% work only. Roughly 11% are not currently working or studying.
- What is your sexual orientation?
- The community is overwhelmingly heterosexual. About 90% identify as heterosexual, with small minorities identifying as bisexual, homosexual, asexual, pansexual, queer, or questioning.
- What is your religious belief?
- Religion is mixed but leans secular-Christian. 35% identify as Christian, 26% as atheist, and 16% as agnostic. Islam accounts for about 11%, with Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and “spiritual but not religious” making up small fractions.
- How does your personal annual income compare to the average in your country?
- Responses are spread out. About 31% say they are below or well below average, 18% about average, 18% above average, and 9% well above average. A notable 24% prefer not to say, likely reflecting financial dependence on parents.
- Do you consider yourself financially independent from your parents or guardians?
- Most are not. 61% say no, 17% say partially, and only 13% say yes, consistent with the age distribution.
- Which social class do you feel you belong to?
- Most identify as middle class (68%), with 20% upper class and 12% lower class.
- How often do you exercise?
- The majority are fairly active. 41% exercise several times a week, 28% almost daily, 17% several times a month, and 14% practically never.
- Do you have any physical disabilities?
- Nearly all respondents say no. About 95% report no physical disabilities.
- Have you noticed any significant hair loss or balding?
- Most have not. 70% report no hair loss, 17% are starting to notice some, 6% report significant hair loss, and 7% are unsure.
- If you have noticed hair loss, are you using treatments?
- Among those who responded, about half are not using any treatments. Of the rest, 36% use over-the-counter products, 22% use prescription medication, 12% use natural remedies, and 2% have had surgery.
- Have you ever had plastic surgery to look better?
- Almost no one has. 97% say no.
- Are you planning to have plastic surgery to look better?
- Opinions are split: 43% say yes, 41% say maybe, and 16% say no.
- How would you describe your current body weight?
- Just over half (52%) say they are about average for their height. 25% feel slightly underweight, 12% slightly overweight, and only small percentages report being significantly under- or overweight.
- Do you have any physical conditions that make it difficult to interact with others?
- Most say no. 83% report no, while 14% say yes, with a small group preferring not to answer.
- How frequently do you leave your home? (excluding school/work)
- Most respondents do go out regularly. About 45% leave home almost daily, and 34% a few times a week. Smaller groups go out a few times a month (13%), while 8% practically never leave home.
- How often do you get mocked for your appearance?
- Mockery is not uncommon but not constant. 10% say often, 24% sometimes, 36% rarely, and 30% say they are never mocked. Roughly a third experience it with some regularity.
- Do you take medication or supplements to improve how you look?
- Appearance-related interventions are common. 54% use over-the-counter supplements, 31% take prescribed medications, while 35% say they do not use anything (multiple selections likely apply).
- Do you struggle with substance use?
- Most respondents say no. 81% report no substance-use struggles, 16% say yes, and a small minority prefer not to answer.
- By whom were you raised?
- The vast majority grew up in two-parent households. 78% were raised by both parents, 14% by their mother alone, and very small percentages by their father alone or someone else.
- How frequently do you receive compliments on your appearance?
- Compliments are inconsistent. 16% receive them often, 38% sometimes, 29% rarely, and 17% say never. Positive feedback exists, but it is far from universal.
- Do you have friends?
- Most respondents report having friends. 82% say yes, while small minorities say no, have online-only friends, or are unsure.
- Would you like to have children someday?
- Strongly future-oriented. 84% say yes, 15% say no, and a very small group already has children.
- Have you considered seeking romantic or sexual relationships abroad?
- The community is nearly split down the middle. 49% say yes, while 52% say no, suggesting significant openness to international dating as a strategy.
- How happy are you? (1–10 scale)
- Happiness clusters around the middle. Most responses fall between 4 and 7, with a peak around 5–6. Very low (1–2) and very high (9–10) happiness ratings are relatively rare, indicating moderate but not severe dissatisfaction overall.
- How many unique sexual partners have you had?
- Sexual inexperience is common. 63% report zero partners, 15% report one, and 7% report two. Higher partner counts drop off sharply beyond that.
- What romantic and sexual experiences have you had?
- Just over half (53%) have kissed someone, 45% have been in a romantic relationship, and 26% have had non-paid sex. Notably, 36% report no romantic or sexual experience at all, and 41% say they have rejected someone.
- Do you like the tone of your voice?
- Voice satisfaction is mixed. 43% feel neutral, 24% like their voice, while 30% dislike it for being too high-pitched. Very few dislike it for being too low.
- How often do you interact socially with women?
- Regular interaction exists but isn’t universal. 33% interact daily, 27% several times a week, while about 30% report rare or no interaction.
- How much time do you spend on the forum daily?
- Usage varies widely. 51% don’t visit daily, 22% spend less than 30 minutes, and 20% spend 30–60 minutes. Only a small minority spend multiple hours per day.
- How often do you post weekly?
- Most users are passive. 59% don’t post weekly, 32% make 1–10 posts, and only a very small fraction post heavily.
- What is your sentiment toward women?
- Views are mixed but not overwhelmingly hostile. 45% report neutral sentiment, 30% positive, and 22% negative, with very few declining to answer.
- Are you satisfied with your penis size?
- A majority are satisfied. 63% say yes, 32% say no, and a small group prefer not to answer—suggesting insecurity is present but not dominant.
- Are you on the autism spectrum?
- Responses are split. 9% report a diagnosis, 45% say no, and 45% are unsure, indicating a high level of perceived or suspected neurodivergence.
- How much have you improved your appearance since joining the website?
- Most feel some improvement. 55% say a little bit, 26% say a lot, 12% say not at all, and 7% are new.
- If you’ve improved your appearance, do you feel you get treated better?
- The effect is overwhelmingly perceived as real. About 86% say yes, while only 14% say no. For most respondents, appearance improvements translate directly into better social treatment.
- Have you ever experienced bullying?
- Bullying is extremely common in this population. 59% report being bullied as a child, and 48% as a teenager. Only 26% say they were never bullied, while adult bullying is rare (about 2%), suggesting most negative experiences occurred earlier in life.
- Over the past month, how often have you felt anger or hostility?
- Anger is frequent but not constant. 33% say sometimes, 25% often, and 10% almost always. Only 9% say not at all, indicating that low-level to moderate anger is a common emotional baseline.
- How would you rate yourself (1–10, with 5 as average)?
- Self-ratings cluster slightly above average. The most common scores are 6 (31%) and 5 (23%), followed by 4 (16%) and 7 (11%). Very low (1–2) and very high (9–10) self-ratings are rare, suggesting restrained self-perception rather than extreme self-loathing or grandiosity.
- How do you feel about the current state of the forum?
- Sentiment trends negative. 53% believe the forum is declining, 14% say it’s staying the same, and only 9% think it’s improving. About 24% are unsure, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction or disengagement.
- Would you recommend this forum to a friend interested in self-improvement?
- Recommendation is lukewarm at best. 45% say no, 26% say yes, and 27% say maybe. Despite heavy usage, confidence in the forum’s value is limited.
- How did you first learn about looksmax.org?
- Discovery is driven primarily by short-form and algorithmic media. 45% found it through TikTok, making it by far the dominant source. 15% came via search engines, ~10% through YouTube, and ~9% from friend referrals. Smaller fractions arrived via Reddit, Discord, incel-related sites, or similar communities.
