Usually before a bimax there’s a preparation phase with orthodontics, that last 6months to 1 year, like mine.
Very few are the surgery first candidates, but even if it is, how he’s already consulted a surgeon and make the planning etc… if he rushed all that I only hope he won’t be scammed or botched

i didn’t find a surgeon yet, but I posted that cuz my father accepted to pay for the surgery after larping about sleep apnea so the hard part is already done , wdym I need 1year to actually get it ?!?

even if you are a lucky surgery first candidate (it means your occlusion is good), I don't think so this month, they're not that fast, surgeons have their list of people to operate on, they have to do the surgical planning... at least SOME months,

instead if you have to do orthodontics u have to get braces for 6-12 months
