It’s not even 2am. I just woke up after 5 hours of sleep. How to I stop stressing and get back to sleeping well. This is 100% serious. Should I take medication?

get prescribed melatonin saved my sleep schedule. Do not abuse it tho

I’ve heard overusing can ruin your regular melatonin production
it messes up with motivation and you feel sleepy all the time. Follow what your doctor says and you'll be fine it's great to fix sleep schedules.

Yes I just wanted to confirm if I was right you know. I’m not the smartest person when it comes to finding accurate sources, it took me days to suspect I might even have insomnia

But my sleeping times keep getting worse. It was 2:00am last night. Three 3:00am the one before.Soon I may not be able to sleep I fear

Honestly bruh just read a bunch of websites. You don’t need to go on PubMed for everything and read some in-depth research paper

Thing is I am convinced that stress is the main reason why this is happening to me, but I cannot do anything about it.
