I Recently thought about this and wondered why there are seemingly no procedures without sideffects, and why the more beneficial the procedure the more the sideffects increase.

Any surgery - very beneficial but strong pain and risk

You exchange pain for looks.

I think it is truly impossible to achieve something of value without sacrifice.
That's why the elites sacrifice babys and shit to gain more power.

So if you want to improve your looks you need to think about what you are actually sacrificing, remember the better the improvement the greater the sacrifice.
If you are not sacrificing anything then you can't gain anything.
