honestly if ur 14 1/2 theirs almost nothing u can do its already over which is brutal By age 14, the mandible is about 85–90% of its adult size, the maxilla is around 90–95% grown, the zygomatic bones and nasal bones are about 90–95% complete, and the orbital region is also almost 95% done if u have prey eyes at 14 dont expect to magically become chad from a purely statistical standpoint you would have to start looksmaxxing at age 11-10 to make an extremely big difference jfl it truly never began
