You can park a domain. You can also use a VPN domain server. Suppose you place your website on a computer, or cloud in Florida. But you rather use an IP address in Iceland. That's where VPN hosting comes in. However, very few folks know how to do so especially with "private" VPN servers. China's Communist Party utilizes such shadowing from universities in the States, Canada, and South America.

A private VPN isn't listed by any VPN reporting service or flag list. So you can access websites, or post on forums that prohibit VPNs and they'll never know. They might ask, "Ugh, are you using a VPN?"

residential proxy > "private" vpn

why are computers so complicated
All by design, Watson! Like language. A tribe has a civil war and splits into four tribes. They go their separate ways. Knowing about spies and needing to be exceptional, each tribe creates its own language. "Yes! If a spy enters our community, he won't know what the fuck we're talking about!"

That's a human characteristic--deception. Computer language is built upon stacks of deception. This all started with theft and deception. Bill Gates stole Xerox's copying machine software and changed the code to his liking. For example (but not like the two software): A became %f. B became *s. C, x+. And so on. Very much like different languages.

If this world lacked deception desire, we would all speak the same language.

hopefully the same thing wont happen to quantum computers
