Hey boys, i just bought a blender and i'll start my days with a smoothie. What should be in it? Gymcelllmaxing, hormonemaxxing, nutritionmaxing. There was this guy called Afrikancel not sure if it was here or the other forum but he was high iq asf when it came to nutrition.
I am 20 + late puberty so is there anything i can put in to maximize the tiny percentages i might have left of this delayed puberty?
 
It's cope really. For gymmaxing add whey protein, milk, olive oil, peanut butter, bananas.

Add sperm for collagen production

Green veg is awesome..

Fruit juice is the biggest con going. It's not fucking healthy, it's sugar like any other sugar, it will store as fat in your body, spike your insulin, cause spots etc.. All for what? A few vitamins/

Fruits are supposed to be eaten whole so the fibre slows absorption of the sugar down.
