I am currently testing a couple of forum theories/myths

I will be bonesmashing my chin three times a week, as evenly as possible to see what happens. It feels aspie af jfl but chad or death

I am currently testing @NoBonezForMoanz hooded eye theory and so far its seems like its working but want to do it longer to make sure

Also using retin A all over my face including eye area. Y'all say it will obliterate the eye area but people look just fine in before and after pics. Willing to risk it

Will report back on this in a month or so

The only thing that makes me doubt bonesmashing is wolfs law acts via muscle forces acting on the bone. That's why chewing DOES work but just hitting my chin, maybe it will just increase density. If that's the case that's fine it means it will be stronger for fights

The hooded eye theory seems to be working. I grab a single big ice cube every morning and rub it over top of and under the eye slowly, for 5-10 seconds each, both eyes, and do as many sets as i can tolerate. Usually 3-4

@NoBonezForMoanz showed us the redness solely around the eyes and i experienced the same effect. But that shit hurts like fuck :lul:

Repeatedly hitting yourself in the chin will just fuck your brain up in the long run, but yes hitting bone will increase density which is why muay thai fighters have shin bones like baseball bats (play on full volume if you wanna jfl):

Banana trees are weak af but ur right tho. But now that i think about it, their shins don't necessarily get larger which is what we all want -- more bone mass not just density

Nice man, just watch out for the retin a combined with the ice, one user reported that his undereye fat melted away and the only thing he did differently was that he was using retin a on the eye area
But overall nice to hear that it seems to be working for you

Hopefully your method balances the fat loss out if true. Idk how you discovered this shit but you earned my respect for sure

It was an ice bath thought haha, just tried to dunk the face while inside the water and saw that beatiful pump :p
The theory came afterwards, but thanks man really appreciate it
But the fat loss with retin a was caused by the cold actually, don't know if it was just one case but if you didn't get anything yet with the retin a then maybe it's ok, wouldn't risk it tho tbh
We theorized back then if the retin a with cold can be used as a turbo fat burn because of this, didn't come to a conclusion, you could try it with the cheeks and report back haha

Considering trying it, I just know a guy personally who did it and had legit success.
I've been given top tier advice on supps to use if I do try, so if I do, and it doesn't work, then the conversation will be over; I just don't like shutting things down before trying it myself.
