worst case you can use makeup pens like women do.

I’m only 17 but people usually think I’m older ,so have not been able to get surgery it’s genetics

Do you want to get surgery? If yes why? You're chadlite-level in my opinion unless you did some crazy angle and lens frauding with these pics.

I believe you but in OP‘s case I think light blue eyes could really elevate his SMV. But yeah, they are unpractical as shit
