lose weight (dnp (be really careful with this and do your research. dont kill yourself using it. I would not reccomend it even as a last resort), reta, tirz, or just lock the fuck in), change hairstyle (let it grow out more, take care of it with a proper routine), skincare (tazarotene is what I personally use (with other things too like moisturizer sunscreen etc)), ghk-cu are the very basic things.
