I'm ordering it today.
I started ai (exemestane) 2 months ago and my skin has gone to shit I even lowered the dose to 6.25 eod instead of ed.
My skin has gone very dry plus nasolabial folds are starting to become marked.
I hope this helps.
The duality of estrogen is brutal like it can give you tits, make you fat and close growth plates but also it will keep skin elastic and glowing.
Lower blood level but topical might be the definitive answer.

this shit mixes into my moisturizer at night, theres too many benefits to topical estrogen. No it will not change your hormone panel or give you tits, it will have insanely mog effects on collagen and skin texture however.

Fake tan is tera mog but it only looks good for a day or 2, so i started perma applying it before bed everyday, its no longer a time burden and absorbs way better. I also will have the same amount of tan everyday rather than it fading over the course of a week. Tan is a massive looksmax for me and i cant cope without it.
