so before you point out me being a bloatcel or a fatcel, i’m currently working on a debloat/fat loss journey so i got that aspect covered. i just want to know what are some undeniable looksmaxxes that i need to do wether it’s hard or soft maxxing. preferably with my jaw, and my bonemass. i’m aware my lips are very narrow i just can’t decide between a lip stretch and commissuroplasty but atm a lip stretch is available to me since im only 15 and i can’t get surgery. and if there’s some flaws that are like beyond cooked and nothing can save them please state what they are. also i’m 5,10-5,11 since i don’t have exact measurements ik im between there somewhere.

Good potential not gonna lie, if you fix your bloating and lose fat you're probably set for HTN after you're done growing. I actually don't believe you need any extra hardmaxxes aside from maybe some cosmetic surgeries and enhancements if you really want to reach chadlite, but that's not something you would be doing now.

If you really want to do something extra:
- Your skin could use some work, looks a little inflamed and reddish, some texture you could address with retinoids.
- Are you optimizing your development and testosterone? That could be the deciding factor between reaching HTN or higher, or staying where you are (assuming you don't do any extreme hardmaxxings like steroids or sum). Luckily, that's pretty fucking easy as long as you're consistent with the basics:

1. Sleep 9 hours
2. 2-4L of water
3. Sleep and wake up at the same time
4. 15-30 minutes of sun exposure
5. Lift weights or do any kind of exercise
6. Manage stress through meditation, maybe journaling, ashwagandha or rhodiola
7. Have good nutrition that doesn't include inflammatory foods, make sure you have no micronutrient deficiencies (Cronometer app for tracking).

Just debloat, optimize your testosterone growth, fix your skin, and you're set for life.
