Seeking any advice I can get to improve my facial aesthetics both soft maxing and hard maxing advice welcome as I easily have enough money to get any surgery I want.

So far I’ve had some minor surgeries and am planning fat grafting for eye area next month and bimax in about a year or so

if you're anything under 5'9, i would recommend limb lengthening, and i would also do otoplasty since your ears look asymmetrical. maybe it's the angle. definitely get the fat grafting and bimax and maybe infraorbital implants. the pictures have pretty bad lighting in the first one, and in the second one, your hair is in the way, so it's hard to tell, also get down to a low bf%.

I’m 5,11 usually fraud 6,1 when I go out as for the ears pretty sure it’s just angle and head tilt in that photo as I’ve never noticed the flaw on myself in any photos before as for the infras I was thinking I could get away with some under eye fat grafting to achieve good undereyes
