I am looking looking to fix FWHR, but was wondering if the bizygomatic width within 12-16 also below average IPD. Is it a problem if the PFL under ESHR and FWPFL>LTM. With this surgery for browridge and canthal tilt together compact midface from Dr Eppley? Or genioplasty with hunter eyes?

So surgery is worth it? I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half $ as much to use go wish for that? surgery is worth it in my situation.
i've kinda underdeveloped zygos with no lateral projection also narrow jaw width with assymetry. i couldn't understand your situation properly.

is it: eye seperation: height ratio , face width;PFL ratio , and lip: mouth ratio?

Im sure i got something wrong though, because i cant imagine OP asking if PFL (which ranges from 27-31mm) can be less than ES:face height , which would be like .47/180cm.

Besides, if that were the case there are much better ratios than FWPFL LOL
