Looksmaxing Ascension Methods

Looksmaxing Ascension Methods

1.
Facial Analysis & Self-Assessment
  • Use tools like FaceRate, PinkMirror, or GoldenRatioCalculator to scan for facial symmetry, proportions, and key traits like jawline strength, midface ratio, and eye tilt.
  • Focus on:
    • Facial thirds (forehead, midface, lower face)
    • Jaw/chin projection
    • Eye area & canthal tilt

  • Use clear front + side profile photos (not selfies) in natural light.
  • Based on results, build a personal “ascension plan” targeting weak areas.
2.
Physical Fitness & Frame
  • Lift weights to build muscle mass and improve body proportions.
  • Focus on a shoulder-to-waist ratio for an athletic look.
  • Posture correction: Engage in mobility exercises to improve alignment and body positioning.
3.
Eye Area Enhancement
  • Perform eyelid and orbital exercises to reduce puffiness and improve eye symmetry.
  • Shape eyebrows to frame the eyes and enhance overall facial expression.
4.
Hormonal & Supplement Support
  • Optimize testosterone naturally (through sleep, lifting, and stress management).
  • Supplements:
    • Finasteride/Dutasteride: DHT blockers for hair loss prevention.
    • Anastrozole (Arimidex): Used to balance testosterone/estrogen ratios, especially for bodybuilders.
    • Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid): Stimulates the body’s natural testosterone production.
    • HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin): Supports testosterone production.
    • Tamoxifen: Blocks estrogen receptors to prevent gynecomastia.
    • Yohimbine: Fat-burning drug, often used to target stubborn fat.
    • Metformin: Improves insulin sensitivity and can support fat loss.
    • BPC-157: A peptide used to speed up healing and muscle growth.
    • CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin: Growth hormone-releasing peptides for fat loss and muscle gain.
    • Tadalafil (Cialis): Improves blood flow and muscle pumps during workouts.
5.
Cosmetic Procedures (Optional)
  • Non-surgical: Fillers, microneedling, and facial contouring.
  • Surgical: Rhinoplasty, genioplasty (chin), jaw implants, or buccal fat removal.

Improving the eye area is a pretty underrated part of looksmaxing, but it can make a big difference. Obviously, you’re not going to get surgery-level results from just exercises, but if you stay consistent, you can definitely reduce puffiness, tone the muscles around your eyes, and get a more rested, alert look over time. One of the easiest exercises is the eye squeeze and hold. You’re basically training the muscle that wraps around your eyes (called the orbicularis oculi). Just gently close your eyes until they’re almost shut—not fully—then squeeze the muscles like you’re trying to keep them closed, but without squinting your forehead. Hold for 10 seconds, repeat about 10 times, once or twice a day. Another good one is eyebrow lift resistance. This works the upper eyelids and forehead, and it can help slow down drooping over time. Put your fingers just under your eyebrows, push up slightly, and at the same time try to pull your brows down using your own muscles. Hold that for 10 seconds and repeat like 10 times. For under-eye bags or puffiness, try orbital massage. Just use your fingertips to gently tap or massage in a circle around your eyes—start at the inner corners, go over your brow bones, then under the eyes and back around. It only takes a minute and helps with fluid buildup and circulation. There’s also the eye stretch drill, which is super basic but useful—especially if you’re staring at a screen all day. Keep your head still and just move your eyes: look up, down, left, right, holding each position for a few seconds. Do a few rounds whenever you remember.

Now, in terms of whether this stuff actually works: there’s not a ton of hard science, but a study from JAMA Dermatology in 2018 showed that doing facial exercises for 20 weeks led to more volume in the upper cheeks and a younger-looking face overall. So yeah—no miracles, but with consistency and good lifestyle habits, these little things do add up over time.
