If you’re HTN without any major flaws, then there’s no way for you to ascend more. All the things that u can do only will help maintaining your current looks thats all. I know it from myself. Just waiting for my braces with mandible forwarth growth that it will do. Trying to fix my sleep routine and eat healthy thats all.
