Most people can improve their looks by using Reta and getting lean! It definitely won’t make them a model but slightly more attractive

reality: to your brain realize how programated things are way before ur first breath u need to be at least above average, those who really are into the bp obviously, and fr bonesmashing is just worthy when ur fully grown have ended, im on my sexual maturation and all i did is fix my diet and growth paths, i can literally feel my zygos getting bigger whith each night when touching then, all bonesmashing did to me is making my skin more thicker in that part, kinda like a fraud for zygos, but i still think it can help when ur grown is fully completed, but yeah no amount of bonesmashing will fix a underdeveloped ramus, a recessed mandible, and their noneexistent zygos.
