Looking at yourself in the mirror and noticing that something is off. Maybe your hair is messy. Your skin is oily. Your teeth are not clean. You have not shaved in a while. You are not well dressed. How many times did you experience this and felt depressed?

I hate that feeling. I abhor it. It's not only about looking better. To me, it's about hating my ugliness in general. I want it gone. I think you will feel a lot more motivated if you implement this mentality. We got to be repulsed by our ugliness and strive to become the most good-looking we can.

It will definitely help your self confidence, i walk past a crowd of ANY SORT OF people, or age and think of every possible looksmax i could have done to make myself much more confidence in that moment.

You just have to do it anyway. Do the little looksmaxes because trust me, whether or not you are insecure like me or not, it will help with your confidence.
