And even then most surgeries look like shit and 99% of are too high inhib to get them anyways. If you have only a few major flaws that if you fix, you'd ascend, it's worth it. But for the vast majority, you are wasting your efforts.

There is a part truth to what you're saying, however I will say there are a lot of average looking dudes out there, who are average because they went through their early years of not really giving much of a fuck about their appearance and as a result fucked a few important things up, like brows and shit. (Not myself included, I am average af & always will be, but have let a few things slip lately too)

It's those that looksmaxxing is the game changer for.
