Hey guys, looking for very honest feedback and suggestions. Feel free to be hypercritical and give me the actual blackpill advice, don’t care much for plesentries. Money isn’t really an issue and am trying really hard to soft max and introduce small medical intervention first but hard maxing isn’t off the table.

Current looks max routine.
On accutane, Reta, ghkcu, semax/selanx.
Considering adding tesamorelin. Use caffeine syrum under the eye, tinted sunscreen, actively on Invisalign for my teeth. Can’t do whitening until the cement stuff on teeth from ortho work is taken off. Already planning on professional whitening. Using a kojic acid soap for lightening my skin and helping with inconsistencies. Also using the tend skin aftershave to help with small ingrown on my Adam’s apple area. Already put aquaphor on my lips, lashes and eyebrows and go to a threading salon to get them cleaned up. Have pa+++ sunscreen for daily use and am using the olaplex line and k18 in my hair and get a Korean wave perm every 4-6 months. I also use height boost to get to around 6’5 6’6 while at bars.
Just starting out with gym maxing, been about 2 weeks of consistent training.
Started off skinny fat with terrible fat distribution, terrible skin and just horrible ltn. Dropping lots of photos here but the first couple are a good look at when I started and the last one is from last night. It’s been about 3 to 4 months on the journey. Any advice on anything I’m not doing, could be doing, isn’t working or could help me in any way would be incredible. A “rating” doesn’t necessarily matter just looking for real improvement advice. I’ve dropped about 20 lbs from the photo with my shirt off and have visible prominent ab definition now due to the Reta. Just no significant muscle mass. Try to focus on all softmax snd noninvasive medical procedures and but hardmaxing is on the table. Again zero money or inhibition issue with any types of suggestions across the board.
