I'd teach them through the game. They don't have to read guides. They'll learn about looksmaxing by having to wageslave for IGF-1 at Blox Burgers and pressing E to mew.

Everyone starts off as a recessed, short, ugly, framelet and will have to go from there.

The women will also do the same. People can go on dates and stuff and when a looks disparity is too brutal, (if a sub5 is around a Chad, that's considered a mog), the sub5 gets damage.
