i took a wrist x-ray and my growth plates are open for one more year. im 5ft 8 and this is what im using to ascend advice welcomed.

8iu hgh at night. if im not feeling any sides after 2 weeks ima work my way up to 14 iu ED.
300mcg cjc no dac 3x per day.

i might be adding erda im still debating if the sides are worth.

from what ive seen hgh only shuts down production for 6 hours so if i take it before sleep when i wake up my production is running again so cjc is still efficacious
